Looper Lids – General Customer Policies
1. Customer Experience
Looper Lids is committed to providing a friendly, professional, and transparent experience from first inquiry to final delivery. We believe clear communication and honest expectations create the best results for everyone involved.
2. Communication
We primarily communicate via email and website inquiry forms. We are happy to communicate via phone call; however, any changes to orders must be documented in writing.
All quotes, approvals, and order changes must be confirmed in writing.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day.
Weekend and holiday responses may be limited.
3. Custom Orders
All Looper Lids products are custom-made. Because of this:
Final design approval is required before production begins.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully, including spelling, colors, and layout.
Changes requested after approval may not be possible and may incur additional costs.
4. Design Process
Design concepts and revisions are included as outlined in each quote.
Looper Lids will provide:
One initial catalog
One revised catalog to help narrow down product selection
Any revisions beyond these two versions are subject to a $25 art fee per revision.
Custom catalogs and mockups are digital renderings intended for visualization purposes. Final products may vary slightly in color, scale, texture, or placement due to materials, manufacturing processes, and screen display differences.
Once a design is approved, it is considered final.
5. Pricing & Quotes
Final pricing will be sent via invoice. An order is considered finalized once payment is received.
Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change due to material costs, quantity adjustments, or timeline changes.
Pricing will never change mid-order without customer approval.
6. Payment Terms
Orders under $750 require full upfront payment.
Shipping charges are included in upfront payment and may be credited back if shipping costs are less than quoted.
Orders over $750 require 50% upfront payment plus applicable taxes to begin production.
Items ship once the remaining balance and shipping charges are paid.
Final payment is due prior to shipping or upon delivery for local drop-offs.
Orders with outstanding balances may be delayed or placed on hold.
Orders placed by companies that pay via net terms are subject to submitting a completed Purchase Order (PO).
7. Production & Timelines
Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. If a hard delivery deadline is required, it must be stated prior to order placement.
Delays may occur due to supplier issues, shipping carriers, or design revisions.
Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees.
8. Returns & Issues
Because all items are custom-made:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted once products are ordered.
If there is a manufacturing error or issue:
Customers must notify Looper Lids within 7 business days of delivery.
Photos may be required to review and resolve the issue.
9. Cancellations
Orders canceled before production may be eligible for partial refunds. Art fees, patches, and transfers are non-refundable, while hard goods may be eligible at Looper Lids’ discretion.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
10. TapCap & Digital Features
All URLs programmed into TapCaps technology originates from a Looper Lids domain. From that domain, customers’ websites are automatically redirected to the end user. Any order upgrading to TapCap technology will get an added TapCap watermark to the bottom right of your patch.
TapCap functionality depends on compatible devices and user settings. Removing phone cases may improve TapCap performance.
Looper Lids is not responsible for third-party website outages or device compatibility issues.
Customers may request changes to their Looper Lids landing page after ordering.
The first change is included with the TapCap order.
Each additional change is subject to a $35 fee.
Digital features are intended as marketing tools and do not guarantee results.
All TapCap products are tested by Looper Lids prior to delivery to confirm proper functionality at the time of shipment.
If a TapCap does not function as intended upon delivery, Looper Lids will issue a refund or credit for the affected unit(s) only. Refunds or credits are calculated on a per-unit basis and will not exceed the per-unit TapCap cost.
Any TapCap functionality issues must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Photo or video documentation may be required for verification.
TapCaps confirmed functional prior to delivery are not eligible for refunds or credits for issues arising after delivery, including but not limited to device compatibility, user error, phone settings, phone cases, physical damage, wear, misuse, modifications, or third-party website or hosting issues.
Looper Lids’ responsibility is limited to the affected TapCap unit(s) only and does not extend to labor, marketing performance, or indirect damages.
11. Respectful Conduct
We value respectful communication and collaboration.
Looper Lids reserves the right to refuse service in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
12. Use of Work
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Looper Lids may use images of completed work for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
